      Inclusive and supportive!

      Pros

      There are many pros to working at Medica. There is a really supportive and inclusive atmosphere at the company. The company Values are clearly communicated in their attitude to their business and their treatment of staff. I joined in lockdown, where due to to distance, settling in may have been difficult to do, but I was included on many calls and meetings to get to know staff members and teams. I feel very lucky to have joined in the way that I did, best company I have worked for!

      Cons

      It can get busy! But you always have the opportunity to discuss your workload with your line manager and I have felt supported in busy and quiet times.

Hopefully, you are aware of our board’s periodic focus groups? They’re randomly selected so perhaps you haven’t had a chance to join one yet, but they’re an excellent opportunity to get your voice heard.
