      Pros

      Medtronic as a company is OK but the M&T (Mitral and Tricuspid) sub group with SH&A is a different story...

      Cons

      Medtronic is a good place for young engineers to gain experience, but I have only seen one Principal Engineer get promoted to Senior Principal Engineer in the past 5 years. All the "Distiguished Engineers" seem to be pouched from other companies.
