      Pros

      There is alot of room for advancement within the company. The work environment, the employees and management are great. They want to see you succeed.

      Cons

      However, the company prides on people with degrees. If you are the best person for the position but someone with a degree applies, you wont get the job.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
