      Overall a great company to work for. Good benefit, good job security. Nice team to work with. I am proud to work in the medical industry

      very conservative. opportunity for career development is limited. There are many people around you who have been with MDT for over 20 years.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
