      Pros

      If you a undergrad engineer I can't think of a better place to work. The company is managed by engineers, great advancement potential for hard workers with no personal life.

      Cons

      Poor middle management, many on personal agendas for advancement. In recent years Medtronic has struggled to maintain profitability and because of this, employee layoffs come in Q3 and Q4 to prop up share price.
