If you're looking to enjoy seeing your coworkers every day, this is the pace to be. A very grass roots environment - there are great personal and professional development opportunities (talks, employee resource groups, etc), often sponsored by your coworkers, and people take bike rides and go on walks together before, during, and after work. Most of management cares about your development and will work to provide Medtronic sponsored opportunities (trainings, conferences, etc). It's up to you to take the initiative though.
