      I really like the mission and vision of this company. They are first and foremost patient focused, by the end of the day, our work impacts the patient. - Good benefits - Defined paths for career advancement - Senior management is great - Culture and values are simply the best

      Cons

      Lately: - There's been a lot of focus lately on working more in terms of hours and intensity. - Work /life balance can be a bit unbalanced - There hasn't been a huge focus on employee engagement and empowerment
