      Started out great with lots of room for growth.

      Cons

      It is great while you are young, once you start reaching a certain age, they start cutting back your commission and start giving territory to younger people.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
