      Pros

      70k base typically. Autonomy as long has you're managing your business. Excellent communication between marketing, product development and the field sales team. Diabetes side has a patient valued product line. Management rather commingled....

      Cons

      Ego driven and personality conflicts are not tolerable. Turnover can be driven by the individuals that spoil the pot.

      Pros

      Generous, old-school benefits. Almost twice the PTO as other places I've worked, excellent healthcare, 401K matching, etc. Many high-quality colleagues and a generally mellow, polite business culture.

      Cons

      Multiple competing bureaucracies, internal consultancies, a computer-illiterate 'stakeholder' class with permission to disrupt anything, and perverse incentives driving waste.
