Pros
Great benefits. No waiting period. Eight hour shifts. Day Swing and Graveyard shifts to fit all lifestyles. Great Lunch room. Gym. Vanpool ride sharing program.
Cons
Idiotic Procedures when asking for time off. No motivation from management. Lack of communication all around. Managers have no remorse for personal life. They would rather fire a person who does over time on a regular then suddenly needs to change their shift than someone who would not show up for 2 weeks straight without calling in.
