      Large company with lots of opportunities to change positions.

      Cons

      Terrible culture and work/life balance. No respect for PTO. Everything is “urgent”. Leadership not great. Difficult to get a promotion. No appreciation for employees. Lack of quality first mindset.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
