I have a lot of stellar colleagues and we've greatly improved the culture over that last 2 years since I joined this business unit
Cons
Decisions like layoffs are handed down from "on high" by people who have no actual knowledge of the impact on our day to day and business. The recent rpund of layoffs were not communicated internally to our team, which felt dehumanizing. In addition, I think medtronic as a business has forgotten how to innovate. All we do is acquire - and divest.
