Cons
Leadership: Can be slow, bureaucratic, and risk averse. Not many technologists at the helm for a company that wants to be focused on technology. Cooperate governance absent, lack of long term vision, big focus on DE&I and other PR while stock price tanks, programs, bonuses and jobs are cut. Senior leadership seems slow and reactive, lacking in foresight and strategy. Small signs of improvement, lots of potential.
