      Average or above average pay, good incentives, good integrative health insurance, stable employment

      Cons

      No meritocracy and promotions are very rare to happen. Internal moves are encouraged but rarely happen. Employees are usually asked to do two jobs at the same time without being compensated accordingly. No recognition for employees going the extra mile.
