I can work from home 2-3 days a week
Cons
So much flexibility has been taken away from our schedules. My work life balance has diminished significantly and minimal changes are made to actually make the work easier - plenty of changes have been made to make the work more challenging and time consuming. I remember I used to be so proud and happy to work for Medtronic. With the lack of care the company has for its employees, I can't say that anymore.
