Alot has changed in the last 2 years - Diabetes Therapy Specialist Medtronic Employee Review

I worked at medtronic for 7 years, when i started it was a great energetic company with young motivated people. That has drastically changed. Because of the failure of recent products they have cut commissions year after year, its very hard to get promoted or get a good annual raise. The culture has suffered the most because all of the real leaders left and Med Diab is left with yes men/women. I have seen soooo many new hires quit the last year literally right after finishing the training lol. If you do start working here i highly recommend you keep applying and interviewing for other jobs
