      Excellent pay (401K match, stock options and bonus) and incredible benefits

      Cons

      High stress environment, regular layoffs and reorgs leading to loss of tribal knowledge and lack of trust with leadership. Company has become more about the bottom line and serving the investors, rather than the customer and respecting lower level employees time and work life balance.
