- Great opportunity to expand and stabilize a new production line for the RST OU - Well defined mission and vision - Get to work with talented people from all over the world - Great company culture
Cons
- Role and RAIC was undefined at times - I work remotely so I don’t have as many personal relationships with my coworkers as I would in office - Management and company reorganization occurred on average every 6 months - This is a large organization, so it is difficult to advance or make an impact - Very business driven and constantly looking for ways to cut costs including layoffs and travel restrictions
