Worst company I have experienced thusfar - Engineer Medtronic Employee Review

There was not enough parking Leadership is super political There is no diversity, just nepotism of a specific group of people (this platform won’t allow me to specify unfortunately but think silicon valley) Overwhelming workload Finger pointing culture, we are not one team at all The building is poorly kept and dirty No opportunity to grow, you are expected to give more and more for less There were signs in the bathroom saying not to “spill” on the floor (really?) Tons of red tape, impossible to get work done The R&D building is still a bit nicer, but super political still. The manufacturing building is treated like the armpit of Medtronic
