Pros
Many great and fun people to work with. For RN's it is a great place to get experience for your first 1-2 years of nursing.
Cons
Management is weak. Problems are never fixed. IF they are fixed, very quick "easy way out" fixes are implemented. Very low morale. Doing more with less, but expecting production to be very efficient. You will not feel appreciated and they know this is a problem. They are trying to improve on that. Poor retention rate.
