Pros
Great People, good health care and forward thinkers (regarding market intelligence and keeping up with the trends in health care.
Cons
Little chance for advancement from within! Even had an HR person tell me to leave the company and then come back, well when one tries to come back does not happen! Good place though would go back if they would hire , left in good standing too! I know they like young people!
