Pros
Great staff! Co-workers are like family. Great people to work with. Very caring, take pride in their work, work as a team. The ICU nurse manager, Sandra Schulz, is outstanding. Great person to work for.
Cons
ICU RN's are often floated to other floors. Staffing needs. Often cancelled a lot in the summer which uses up a lot of PTO.
