Pros
Caring for patients in the community. Positive work environment. Advanced medical practices and education. Great place to learn nursing skills.
Cons
I can't think of any downside really. Just the normal cons of working in any hospital setting. Long hours at times, Some times you don"t get off work on time. Sometimes short of staff.
