Pros

Nothing I can think of

Cons

Work-life balance is extremely poor. Weekend work is normalized, with tasks often assigned on Friday evenings and expected to be completed by Monday morning. This effectively means associates are working most weekends, leading to burnout over time. Although the organization offers many leave days on paper, in practice taking even a single day of leave can be difficult and associates are often discouraged from doing so. Personal boundaries are not always respected, and in some teams there is a culture of asking intrusive questions or creating unnecessary pressure. Managerial support can also be inconsistent. Associates may be left without guidance on complex projects for long periods and then expected to deliver months of work in very short timelines. Another concern is the tolerance of toxic behavior. Bullying or aggressive leadership styles often go unchecked, and the environment can feel heavily numbers-driven where people are treated more like resources than individuals. Salary is very less for the amount of work consultants are supposed to deliver

Pros

Remote flexibility, which is nice.

Cons

You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
