Pros

* Flexible work hours depending on your manager * Jeans day every day * Overtime pay may make up for mediocre salary * Can log onto Facebook and other social media/networking sites * Decent benefits/401K

Cons

* Overtime pay may make up for mediocre salary. It can also be tightly regulated/scrutinized depending on time of year * Upper management is extremely slow at hiring/back-filling * Implementation of new clients is severely under-resourced * Poor training programs * Out-dated technology * Internal support groups are not responsive * Very few opportunities for advancement or alternative career path unless you are at Norwood office

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
