Lots of really great people to work with, on interesting projects, for interesting clients. A well-recognised name in the industry, with strength in its core areas. People can advance, and promotions tend to be fair.
Cons
Company promotes people who are good individual contributors into management roles without consideration as to whether they are actually good managers. IT is woefully outdated. Learning and development opportunities are limited.
