Pros
Excellent work at home flexibility for some teams. PTO is generous for long term employees. Solid 401(k) match program.
Cons
Medical benefits plans/options are not great. Flexibility to work at home is great, but there is absolutely no work/life balance. You work, and work some more. As team members leave, replacing them is difficult to due the specialized niche that is Benefits Administration. Already overworked employees continue to have additional work loads and deadlines placed on them. No member of the senior management team could log in and do the work the analysts do.
