      Mercer is a world class organization to work for. The diversity and professional maturity of the the employees are second to none. There is always challenging work and lots of opportunity for those willing to roll up their sleeves.

      Cons

      Work / Life balance is something that Mercer makes employees aware of, but the companies goals and expectations may make striking the right balance a challenge a times.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
