Pros

Nothing they have a cafeteria with nasty food

Cons

It’s like politics they play favoritism and treat call center people like slaves . Make you time yourself when you use the rest room . They offer little support . Huge turnover due to people being treated unfairly and them getting rid of people for using the bathroom
