Thank you for the feedback you have provided. We take a great deal of pride that our company’s greatest value comes from the collective talent and diverse experiences of our colleagues. Our diverse and inclusive culture is very important to all of our colleagues – so while we are disappointed to hear your experience, we appreciate your candid feedback.
We make every attempt to be transparent with colleagues who work in our customer experience centers that the job is quite complex in terms of solving problems with people who are anxious about their family’s health. Your role requires a great deal of urgency and working hours which sometimes include when most people have a holiday. It’s a tough job and we know it.
