Loop holes in system - Team Manager Mercer Employee Review

The organisation has loop holes , people can play around easily . The documents verification system is corrupt and also the sexual harassment complaint I filed never got addressed , in fact the management tried to further harass me on that . What a shame .. shame shame shame . Even here there is no option of putting 2015 as year at employer, hence forcefitting 2020.
