Nice and generally clever people. Great offices, benefits and canteen! Well-regarded firm.
Cons
Time consuming performance management processes in place, but then there is no support for managers who try to follow through action plans relating to non-performers. This affects the morale of those who perform well and have to carry the extra weight.
