Pros
People are understanding and flexible regarding schedules etc. The learning curve and opportunities for growth are abundant. Senior staff make themselves available to junior staff when possible. The work environment is relaxed and encourages professional and personal growth.
Cons
Compensation definitely needs to be better, especially for people who consistently achieve good ratings. As in any office, a lot of politics comes into play at times.
