Remote/hybrid work. Investment in AI has helped ease some menial tasks
Cons
Like a lot of big firms, everyone is constantly asked to do more with less. Do you like acquiring a new business with no extra resources to deal with the increase in your work? Do you like being told most of the year that we are close to or on target for our sales goals but then at comp time being told we didn’t do THAT well so merit increases average 1%? This is the place for you. Some pockets of smart people but mostly holdovers from acquisitions who do not care about self improvement, efficiency, or moving themselves or teams forward.
