      - Nice culture. - Interesting projects. - Possibility to work in different geographies. - Global collective knowledge available.

      Cons

      - Low recognition, especially if you are into Project Management instead of Sales. 90% of visibility goes to Sales. - Not a clear career path at all. Promotions seem to be due to favoritism of plain tenure.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
