Long hours is the norm, You can be on call 24/7 and be told to sleep on your Blackberry. Projects are rushed into production so managers can get their promotions and bonuses. Managers have built a "wall" around themselves and their cliques. If you are not a member or happen to disagree with a manager your job could be at risk. Excellent employees are gone or leaving because of these issues.
