      Pros

      Generally great people. Office in a convenient location. Private medical insurance.

      Cons

      Really bad leadership. People being promoted due to being there for a long time or they suck up to the right people, not necessarily meeting goals or having talent. Most toxic culture I have ever experienced. Meagre salary. Nepotism. Genuinely woeful - worst place I have ever worked.
