I’ve found the work very rewarding and interesting. I work in a small team and have good relationships with my colleagues. My boss is supportive. I feel valued within my team. There is a great deal of flexibility and I am trusted to do my role.
Cons
I often come into barriers with my own work due to other departments not being responsive when action is required.
