Pros
The HR team genuinely seems like they want to make the company a better place and trying to drive the necessary change.
Cons
Senior leaders outside of HR are too concerned about bonuses. The company is tailored to the needs of increasing the pay of executives and the legacy sales teams. New employees are paid below the wages for the area and given a mentality of “keep working and it will pay off” except it doesn’t. I caution people to think twice before coming here to work.
