      Bad leadership makes it a rough place to work.

      Pros

      The HR team genuinely seems like they want to make the company a better place and trying to drive the necessary change.

      Cons

      Senior leaders outside of HR are too concerned about bonuses. The company is tailored to the needs of increasing the pay of executives and the legacy sales teams. New employees are paid below the wages for the area and given a mentality of “keep working and it will pay off” except it doesn’t. I caution people to think twice before coming here to work.

      Pros

      Hands on experience and exposure to a lot of different areas of the business that may not necessarily fall under a traditional accounting function. Flexibility until it’s not… Lots of potential as an organization with a young, smart CEO as its leader. Could bode well if cultural stuff can get sorted out quickly.

      Cons

      Management and culture encourage burn out and lack any real desire to change the pitfalls of the organization. Supports toxic managers, even as history and turnover say otherwise. If they do not cut the cancers out they will continue to experience the mass turnover they have been experiencing for years. HR cannot keep up with the amount of problems some create.

      Poor at best no communication from supervisor or management.

      Pros

      Big company lots of work your day goes good. The work area is clean. Most people were friendly however you were not encouraged to have conversations.

      Cons

      They never told you if you were doing good. If you don't find away to suck up to correct people your out.
