      Fun and Exciting Products. Great discounts for company products. Learning opportunities for less experienced staff members. Community Networking oportunites.

      Cons

      Tight in store budgets. Minimum wage employer. Requires Multiple years experience for entry level positions Sales. Tightly controlled exchange policy can create un-nessasarily angry customers.

      We have taken proper measures to train and empower the employees since then Our Growth and employee retention is a testament to this. At our BC stores we are proud of our existing staff who are at the helm and some of whom have energize and provided us with necessary feed backs that have come to help or business grow and flourish as a results of our cooperation between Staff and Head office.

      Decent Discount storewide Can see stuff you normally wouldnt

      - the CEO is always watching thru the security cameras, and WILL call, regardless of whats going on in the store to complain. - No PTO - your Opinions do not matter - there are PAY CAPS for each position, so if you are hired at the cap, you will never receive a raise - All of management are afraid of telling the CEO no. you will hear "The Boss gets what the Boss wants" on a weekly basis. - you will be fielding complaints about prices frequently, the company does not care. they will fire you if you bring it up. - The Company has no real direction for the future. - the Return policy is absolute trash, so bad we post it on the counter, but are instructed to never speak about it unless they ask.
