Pros
- A lot of admirable talent and hard workers. - Patented PECO technology that has gone through various independent testing to prove product value and impressive results.
Cons
- Company culture is obsolete. HR and execs don't even attempt or pretend to care about the health and well being of their employees. This was shown clearly during the last two lay-offs and firing of the previous CEO, Jaya. The board members treat these instances as 'normal' for business growth and immediately focus their attention back to raising sales instead of doing a pulse check on how these experiences effect their employees short and long term. - Lack of diversity with those sitting in the exec team. 80-95% white male dominated who lack the expertise and diversified points of view to lead the company properly, hence the constant fluctuating sale numbers and sudden lay-offs. - Does not encourage or promote growth amongst new or old employees. The only employees I've seen being promoted were mostly those already in director or leadership positions who keep climbing the ladder further up. No compensation or title benefits for the worker bees creating further distinction and even hostility amongst the junior level to senior folks. - Lack of transparency. - I'm 100% certain the recent positive reviews were done by someone in the company to bury the others.
