Pros
Smart people. Great managing director. A few stong folks who really want to create positive and lasting cultural change. Location is near shops and restaurants, but street parking for new employees, which is tough. A desire to compete with the big boys, ie Interbrand.
Cons
On multiple occasions I witnessed principals hold employees at all levels back from true growth and opportunity, clearly demonstrating a lack of trust by their actions. More than a few very senior employees who are burned out and not fully contributing. No urgency to address this issue, which negatively impacts other employees. Resistance to modern HR policies and no Human Resource team or manager. Company always "evolving" so no set culture, which is a mixed bag.
