Clinical research is a fast paced environment. There are times of high volume and times that are slow. In the high volume times, if you ask for help, you will get it - you just have to ask. Management also listens to staff comments - like training, and has worked to start a quality department to help.

Making a lot of changes, but appreciate trying to role them out slowly

The company is growing fast and there are real opportunities for career advancement. Team culture has improved a lot recently, and coworkers are supportive. Leadership seems to be listening more, and employees are starting to feel heard. You can genuinely see the direction shifting in a positive way.

Still working through some management challenges as the company grows. Communication between departments can be inconsistent at times. Some processes need clearer structure as we continue expanding.
