      Pros

      From interviewing to the beginning of training is great! Everyone is nice and there if you have questions but you just have to ask them because as you could imagine a high enrolling site everyone is busy from the top down. Coworkers were a breeze to work with

      Cons

      I guess everywhere is short of help now a days so the biggest con is HELP. There is not enough management and staff to keep up with all of the studies

      Co-workers made the environment fun and lively.

      Cons

      Work environment was very toxic and management treated staff horribly. Staff was underpaid for the workload that they were given and display high stress levels daily. Management sometimes embarrassed staff when given the opportunity to.

      Growing Company With Improving Culture

      Pros

      The company is growing fast and there are real opportunities for career advancement. Team culture has improved a lot recently, and coworkers are supportive. Leadership seems to be listening more, and employees are starting to feel heard. You can genuinely see the direction shifting in a positive way.

      Cons

      Still working through some management challenges as the company grows. Communication between departments can be inconsistent at times. Some processes need clearer structure as we continue expanding.
