      Co-workers made the environment fun and lively.

      Cons

      Work environment was very toxic and management treated staff horribly. Staff was underpaid for the workload that they were given and display high stress levels daily. Management sometimes embarrassed staff when given the opportunity to.

      The one pro is that it gives you time to look for a better job.

      Cons

      The company is a complete mess with management that always pushes you to make the numbers and hit goals. They treat most of theor workers are expendable materials. They won't train you, then complain that you're not doing what they won't train you on. Also, cherry on top, SEVERELY underpaid. Expect your mental health to decline if you stay at this job for too long.

      Coworkers were an absolute joy to work and be around!

      Cons

      If you truly want to enjoy clinical research, this is not the place for you. You will undoubtedly be severely underpaid and overworked. There are absolutely no ethics or morals behind the “research” that goes on at this company. It is beyond disheartening. This company is without a doubt a money scheme. My advice to others: Go push those papers at another site. Take your talent, ambition, drive, and passion to a company that will value YOU and everything that you bring to the table.
