Pros

I thought I knew what work ethic was. I have never been more challenged and had such success. Skills and experiences were gaines that I will use forever. The co workers are so supportive and want you to be successful. Whenever I had questions someone was always available day or night. The owner has to be one of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Cons

If your boss and leader wants you to be more successful than you want for yourself you've failed!

Pros

The best thing about being here is that there is no glass ceiling!! The potential for growth is endless!

Cons

There's not many challenges . The biggest challenges is getting like minded people to be a part of a growing team

Pros

The time in the stores is yours. The other sales people are mostly cool.

Cons

You go to various Sam's Clubs and Menards selling Directv. Employee turnover is Monumental. Once an employee leaves, they are talked down on among everyone else. The other sales members are cool, but that isn't even a silver lining. The pay is also minimal for the area. You make 400/week nut don't make commission until you sold enough to cover your paycheck. So if commission is 100, then you don't start making it until you've sold 4 items. The managers are cool and understanding to your face but are then rude and short if you text them. They say you work 40 hours/week but you only get Wednesdays off and it actually clocks in at over 40. There's also a lot that they don't tell you in your interview that you just have to figure out, including false promises.
