Yearly firing based on eliminating redundancy. Proclaims itself to use cutting edge/latest technology. Most of the projects still live in the stone age era. College Grads who join here are treated as babies. They will be given preference over lateral hires throughout their career. You could find a 5-10 years experience lateral guys being lead by a 2-3 years Grad, who have no industry experience what so ever. 1 Year Grad is equivalent to 5 years Lateral hires. Lateral hires will take 3-5 years to get a promotion which a grad will get in 1 year. Firm speaks so much about equal opportunity, but I don't understand how it is encouraged in this case. Too much politics and favoritism. You need to have higher level contacts to survive. Not a place for people who are technically strong.
