Pros

- you are able to work from home - reasonable hours

Cons

- there is no clear promotion process - there are lots of opportunities at the top, but nothing at the bottom. executives get promotions constantly. - they tell you promotions are only given once a year, yet some mysteriously get promoted mid year. - managers play favorites. i have been in the company longer than one of my colleagues and do just as good a job, yet he has gone further than I have for reasons unknown to me - too many middle managers. i have to report my status to 4 different managers. - managers don't communicate with eachother. - if you are an associate, nobody listens to you. only vp and above are listened to. - compensation is low compared to other companies, and at the end of the year, very little reward is given, especially in recent times - managers give you false expectations by always telling you, 'dont worry, it wil be better next year.' before you know it you have been there for 5 years and have nothing to show for it. - senior managers are not that bright, and are stale. it seems all the smartest people

Pros

Very good co-workers, Great technology stack. Lot of new technologies and integration with current work.

Cons

They dont even give you a MS cup. They ask you to buy it for 5$. So cheap! Management big on "Giving back", Immediate managers do not like it and are not supportive. Lay off employees twice a year to show profits. Only worried about shareholders and clients. Don't know the criteria for lay-off. So, you are always worried if it is your turn. They boast about mental health and wellness. No good, when they layoff employees like this. HR = Horrible Resources. When you are laid off, they shoo you away as if you are a fly. You feel miserable. They themselves say - "We are better than Facebook or Oracle. We dont fire you at 6 AM over email." Gosh! What a comparison!
