Pros
No pros at all, it s a very very third class, filled with politics and boot licking practise company. Where outsiders / new comers are cornered and blamed every day without any KT/ any proper information/ guidance. People expect you to know everything and expect you to work like robots.
Cons
work culture is very toxic, managers play dirty politics, people will hire and fire you irrespective of your condition. Even when you are on leave, politics can be played very well to destroy you and ur entire career. Never ever going to recommend this toxic work place to anyone. too much work pressure, dirty politics, bad management, no such law for new comers/ outsiders who have newly joined. Old junior people within the org treat you like slaves and give you HR warnings for no reasons at all.
